Cozy room on the ground floor of a semi-detached house in the Glebe. The room has its own heater, its own door out to the backyard, and its own back porch. Our place is super close to Carleton University, Dow’s Lake & the Arboretum, and Bank street. Right by the 10 bus stop going downtown or to Billings Bridge. Rent is $540 plus utilities which at their most expensive are around $120, but are cheaper in the summer months.

We’re a mixed group of students and young professionals, mostly artists! We’re friendly, quiet, and we like to do roommate activities when our busy schedules line up. We’re all clean people who value personal space and are respectful of each other’s roommate needs :) Also very queer friendly space!! And lots of funky art to enjoy too.
