Already have 2 cats, so no additional pets. No smoking in the building. No short term. Preferably until end of current lease.
Top (3rd) floor 4 1/2 apartment in a 10 unit building, a block away from the Plamondon Metro Station. Includes washer & drier ( and the usual oven, fridge, microwave). Large living room, somewhat furnished. 1 available bedroom, unfurnished with closet.
About the roomies
I moved a year ago. I work full time (Software developer) from home and study part time (CompSci @ Concordia) so I spend most of my time in my room working. I’m fairly quiet, or at least I try my best to be :) I sometimes have friends over, but it is quite rare.
I have 2 cats (2y and 6m). The eldest is quite calm and plays around sometimes. The youngest is very active and can be intrusive.
