173 Frank Street is at Golden Triangle of Ottawa. It is close to downtown and UOttawa. Lots of nearby services and restaurants. We are looking for quiet, clean and non-smokers. The area will be unfurnished however, it can be available upon request as the previous tenants are leaving the place. All utilities are included except for Hydro and Internet.
