This apartment is listed at $2050 a month. It includes water and heat but you have to pay for electricity and wifi(It’ll approximately cost you about $2200 per month to get both wifi and electricity) . It will be available from May 1st 2023 to August 29th 2023. It is technically a one bedroom apartment with a living/dining room, a kitchen, a spacious storage space but the living/dining area has its own separate door so it can be another room. (We’re currently using it as two bedrooms) You can either rent the whole place for $2050 or you can rent solely the bigger room for $1025 a month. As well as renting the bigger room for $513 a month but having to share the bedroom with another person. (This is how we are currently living) (The person can be of your choosing or you can let us know and we will find another roomate willing to share a room). If you are interested, we can talk about keeping the room furnished for a small fee! It is a 10 minute walk from the eaton centre, a 13 minute walk to ryerson university and it is in a very safe location. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. -I know this is a place to find roomates but we are also willing to help you find roomates in the apartment to share with and you guys can discuss how you’d like to split the rooms-

There would be no roomates during the time of May1st 2023 to August 29th 2023. You are welcome to have 3-4 people living here. Pets are not allowed to be kept but you able to bring in pets for visits!
