2 rooms are available in our appartement. The 2 rooms have big windows and a wardrobe [the second room is a bit smaller, but there’s room for a double bed and a desk]. The apartment is a 5 ½ on the ground floor in an impasse (easy access without a vignette) with a private garden in the back and a porch at the front. There’s a big living room, a big kitchen, and a huge basement with a lot of storage and a washer/drier. The apartment is 5 min away from Villa Maria et 10 min from Snowdown. It’s close to a lot of stores (3 supermarkets at max 10 min away, pharmacies, SAQ, bakery and others) and the Monkland Avenue. The big room is 552$ and the small one is at 451$. We will give priority to someone who can take the 2 rooms (we use them as a room and an office). Do not hesitate to contact me for questions or visits.
