1080 square foot apartment with some new renovations. 2 bed 2 bath total. Bedroom available is about 120sq ft. Shared kitchen and in suite laundry, but will have own bathroom. Within walking distance to Save On, gym, Foamers and transit (train and bus loop). Room is currently being used as an office.

I am a 35 year old. I work full time and have a large dog. I will also likely be going back to school for an additional degree and so am looking for someone who is fairly quiet and a non partier. I enjoy the outdoors, reading, gardening and doing art. No smoking or drugs, can discuss pets (strata restrictions). Cannabis OK off property. Underground parking avail for $10 a month.
