This is a furnished bedroom in a furnished, three bedroom house located right in the North End. 5 minutes from the Halifax Commons near St. George’s Church, this is a beautiful, recently renovated old house. The house has heat pumps, AC, 2 bathrooms with a shower and bath, a washing machine, a dryer, a big TV, triple glazing, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is furnished since last September, including a TV, vacuum cleaner, and sofa. There is a lovely balcony with views of Halifax Harbour. The room is also furnished. You’ll have to buy the bed and desk off me, as I bought them last September. I’m asking for $150 for these. The lease is one year and available for renewal in September 2023. Off street parking is available. The lease begins on 1 September, so you’ll have to be able to take the lease by then.

Our landlord is very nice. She lives above us and, although we haven’t had any maintenance issues, she’s very quick to respond and very friendly.

The roommates are both male students at Dalhousie University, from Canada, and very friendly. From January, one of the guys is moving out, and my girlfriend and I will be moving back into the other room.
