I am the home owner, I will be living upstairs we will share bathroom/kitchen which is on main level. You would have the run of the basement, nice sized bedroom+ Small living room. Also shared laundry in the basement currently trying to fix washing machine. House is close to Toyota and minutes from shopping and entertainment. I’m a 28 year old single male. I have my 6 year old almost everyweekend and like to keep fairly quiet on the weekends although I’m not apposed to you having company. Fair sized back yard with fire pit which we would also share. Unlimited internet free and rogers cable for extra 15$/month (box rental) house is air conditioned.
