Welcome! The property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse condo located in Riverside in the cute Rivertowne complex. With transit steps away, there are nice green parks nearby for exercising, awesome cafés to chill and work at, or nice restaurants and trendy shops to explore. The unit is over 800 sq ft with a large outdoor patio. Your room has a custom closet with nice natural lighting, and a small walkout patio for fresh air. The room comes furnished with a desk and bed. The kitchen is well suited for those who like to cook, it also has all the small appliances you can think of to experiment with as well. Haha

I own the space and it’ll be me that’ll be sharing the space with you. I’d say I’m pretty easy going, it’ll be important to me that whomever joins me will feel comfortable and feels they have their own space and privacy.

My work hours vary by season, I work in sport and coach beach volleyball full time. In the winters I work from home or out at the office, but I head out early afternoon for practice and won’t be back till later on in the evening. In the summer my schedule is opposite, but then I’m also often away for stretches at a time.

I do enjoy a good conversation, but because my work can be hectic I also appreciate a quiet night chilling out. Someone who likes their own space will appreciate the privacy as I do as well.

My Netflix of choice is documentaries, and I’m slightly ashamed to say some good reality tv.

I don’t smoke or drink. I appreciate learning and making new plant based meals but i also love crispy bacon and a good chicken wing.

My life pre coaching was in design and then as a media arts teacher. So I also very much appreciate art, and creating things. Other things that I am passionate about are travel, culture, world/social issues, and the environment.

Please note that the room is being rented out as a private room to a single, not a couple and no overnight guests.

Additionally, while I love animals, i’m not looking to add a pet into the space as well.
