Kara's room

This is an unfurnished basement bedroom, just off of the furnace room located in the west end in Waterloo village. I do have a single bed that could be put there if needed. There is a small area in the basement with a couch that you would be free to use as your own TV space as well. I have a workout bike and equipment in the basement that I use occasionally. We would have a shared two piece bathroom on the main floor and full bath on the third floor. Laundry room is shared in the basement. It is all inclusive, I just ask that you respect the time of use for electricity during the day with laundry. It’s a 2 minute walk to a connecting bus station and about a 10 -15 minute walk to the main line. If you have a car, parking is on the street.

I am single, 42, work full time at RMC and own the house. I am looking for a quiet, clean and mature grad student or working professional to rent out the basement room. This is a single occupancy. No strangers/tinder dates coming and going etc. I love to cook, workout and hike.
