Walmer Road

We’re both guys in our mid to late 20’s, working 9-5 jobs. We’re generally very clean (at least in the common area) and cook semi regularly. If you ignore the pizza boxes.

Common area is generally used for gaming/movies. While we do occasionally have friends over, nothing exceedingly wild happens on premise; and we make allowances for early days for one another.

We’re a 5 minute walk Spadina station and right by an assortment of grocery stores. We’ve got great windows, so lighting is great; and our balcony is one of our favorite summer hangout spots.
