I’ve got a basement suite with a room to rent and am looking for a roommate! My mother, 16 year old sister, and our two cats live upstairs, so between the cats and the nature of the house’s layout there’s an informal separation of up and down (the shared laundry is downstairs and the cats have a cat door so they can travel up and down as they please). The suite is practically furnished except your room, although that can change if needed. Great location in the Oaklands area only minutes away from bus stops to UVic &/or downtown. Looking for a quietish, respectful roomie who knows how to clean up after themselves to share space with. No smoking or other pets allowed.

I’m a 19 year old 2nd year UVic student on a gap year working full time, looking for another student (hopefully a similar age) who’s a good communicator willing to share chores and a basement suite with me and my cats! I’m a friendly and responsible book-loving introvert who enjoys meeting new people. I play a bunch of instruments, so would be totally down to jam with any fellow musicians!
