Recently had someone give their notice to move out, may be November may be December, will update when confirmed. Open to mid-month move ins at reduced rent for that month. Looking for a sublet e-transfer based short/long term roommate. No viewings until current roommate moves out sorry!

Heart of Burlington 15minute walk to Burlington go great for young professionals. Balcony with a fantastic view and a responsible landlord. There are pains indoor/outdoor parking spots available and lots of free guest parking space. Utilities and internet are included in the flat rate listed.

Burlington has events on the waterfront all the time (about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus) and great local pubs! The apartment has large bright windows, coin laundry, and elevators.

Must be cannabis friendly, Nic vape friendly, LGBT+ friendly and cat friendly, I have one cat and he’s my whole world!

I’m Zoë, 24, I work in oakville and visit friends in Toronto pretty often. Love music (just about anything other than country) and will probably be playing something on my record player fairly often. I have a pretty huge board game collection, decent video game collection (ps4/ps3/pc) and a lot of musical instruments that I don’t really know how to play well but I’d love to jam out sometime!

At the heart of it You’d call me a hippie, I’m polyamorous, LGBT, have tapestries and art on most walls but more is welcome! usually smoke weed in the evenings to relax and listen to music (always with headphones at night) I’m pretty spontaneous and will have friends over sometimes for drinks or dnd/board game nights. I can be a bit cluttered I have a lot of fun trinkets but rarely dirty. I’m pretty friendly and am down to hang out pretty often or give you space if you’re more of an introvert.

I’m not much of a cook but I’m learning, and will definitely share some yummy meals!

My cat Henry is my wonderful little boy, he’s 1.5 yrs old and so clever! He’s harness/leash trained for walks, he speaks English with the help of buttons and has a few tricks when treats are involved. He is spoiled rotten and I have quite a bit of cat stuff around the apartment.
