Hey ! My name is Samantha I am 19 and currently studying an associate degree is biology in Camosun College.

My 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is located in a condo right in downtown Victoria ( balmoral road ) and I am looking for someone interested in renting out the second room starting in the month of November ( since my current roommate is most probably moving out that month ) and so you will sign a contract for 6 months. - Rent is 850$ including all utilities even internet

What I’m looking for ??

• female roommate
• someone who is tidy and respects all shared common areas by keeping them clean .
• who would be interested in remodeling the apartment by buying nice furniture or new things to make the apartment look better and feel more like home.
• someone who is considered a social person since i would like to get along with my roomie and probably be able to hangout on weekends and spend time with her as well
• someone who is okay with having friends over obviously without affecting each other studying space.
• someone who is in the age between 18 to 22.
