there, This is for females only. I have a room for rent from october 1st. Situated near cheapside and adelaide, this unit is self contained with laundry and a lot of storage space. It is 5 minute drive and 15 minute bus ride to both the university and the college. This unit is super close to stores like fresco, metro and dollarama. I would be staying in the other room. Rent would be 900 for single occupancy ( all included) 480 each for sharing. Rooms are large and well ventilated. We also have a large living room and a patio to enjoy your evening tea/coffee on. Please message me for seeing pictures or videos. I would need the applicant to be on lease as well or pay first and last month and give 2 months ( 60 days) notice before leaving. People opting for lease would be preferred.

Note : if you are a group of three girls looking for a place, we can make arrangements for that as well.
