Colin's room

The room is 11’ x 12’ with recently shampoo’d carpeted flooring. Shared bathroom only includes a standup shower, no tub. Non furnished but could be furnished as well with discussion. The house has laundry and utilities are included. Location is steps to 22nd Sky Train and it’s not expensive to get a permit for residents only street parking but the driveway is for my vehicles. I’m looking for the right fit more than anything else, quiet students would be ideal, pets are negotiable. Feel free to paint the room if you want, and I will be finishing off the basement/stairs area so it doesn’t look like it was gutted and actually feels welcoming and happy, like the bathroom. 😝

I’m a heavy equipment/crane operator that works everyday and has two dogs. Kayaking, hiking, growing tropical plants are the big three.I keep to myself and typically don’t have a lot of people over as I socialize on the go instead.
