The listed price is for two rooms in a recent built, very cool house at Saint-Basile. You can use one for bedroom and the other for a home office/personal library/playroom. The house has a very nice kitchen, dining room, living room and terrasse to share. The location is very convenient. Train station is right nearby and it takes less than 50 minutes to arrive to the Bonaventure station (35min if you have a bike). It is very close to nature, with access to St-Bruno national park within 2km and Richlieu river within 4km.

The ideal roommate would be either an organized and respectaful young professional or a student, who is seeking a nice and spacious space to share together. No smoking inside the house and no drugs inside or outside the house. Alchohol is allowed if taken responsibly. Bringing friends over occasionally is also allowed.

Although I love cats & dogs, I’m sad to say that no animals would be allowed to protect the mostly new furnitures.

Currently I’m the sole occupant of the property. I am a 30 years old male and work as a data scientist in downtown Montreal. I’m clean, organized and friendly. I enjoy nature, reading, cooking and many other things.
