Hi! I’m looking for a clean and responsible girl to share my two bedroom apartment located at 990 Markham. It is a beautiful and clean apartment that faces a treed courtyard. Some information about the apartment.

• All utilities included in price (excluding wifi).
• 7-9 minute bus ride to the University of Manitoba.
• Year lease.
• Two bed, one bath.
• Move in is September 1.
• No pets or smoking allowed.
• Seasonal pool.
• On site laundry.
• Surface and covered parking available.
• Balcony that faces south (so lots of natural light). I would want a female roommate, preferably a student , but any responsible female will do! The most important thing for me is a roommate that is able to pay for the full year. You would also need to furnish your own room. I recently obtained the apartment so I was unable to take pictures because there are still people living in it. The pictures presented are from the website. All the apartments are identical so there is almost no difference in the pictures presented and the actual apartment.
