Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to apply with me/ sign a lease at this 2 bedroom in Kitchener (hydro and internet are extra, there is no parking).

I’m looking to rent with someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly. I am also looking for someone who is vegan or vegetarian (due to scent sensitivity, I do not want any meat/ fish in my home). This unit would be $825 each plus hydro and I have a viewing scheduled next week.
