The master bedroom in the upstairs of a newly-renovated raised bungalow with a fenced-in backyard, front yard, and space for parking. Located less than half an hour by public transit to Conestoga College (Doon campus), it is located in a fairly quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance of grocery store, library, parks, walking trails, and much more.

Looking for quiet, decently clean and responsible people (preferably females), students and professionals welcome! Due to medical conditions and other preferences, this will be a pet-free, smoke (of any kind)-free, drug-free, alcohol-responsible household. Privacy would be respected, and expected. There will be an expectation of being able to respectfully work through and discuss any learning experiences that we encounter as independent adults learning to live in a new dynamic. Priority in finding a good fit. Christian roommates preferred.
