Hey ! 2 rooms are available in our 3 bedroom apartment. The 2 rooms have big windows and a wardrobe [the second room is a bit smaller, but there’s room for a double bed and a desk]. The apartment is a 5 ½ on the ground floor in an impasse (easy access without a vignette) with a private garden in the back and a porch at the front. There’s a big living room, a big kitchen, and a huge basement with a lot of storage and a washer/drier. The apartment is 5 min away from Villa Maria et 10 min from Snowdown. It’s close to a lot of stores (3 supermarkets at max 10 min away, pharmacies, SAQ, bakery and others) and Monkland Avenue. The big room is 552$ and the small one is 451$ (everything included). We will give priority to someone who can take the 2 rooms (we use them as a room and an office). Available for November (until June 2023)

You will share the apartment with Peet, 28 yo from France, engineer, fan of aviation. Always down to chat, or have a drink.
