Hey Hey,

After a few months in Sydney, I am going back to Montreal at the beginning of the month of January. I am taking the lease of 2 friends who are going on an exchange for the Winter semester. So, one room is available.

About the flat:

Located at the corner of The Plateau Mount Royal; Downtown and the village, this flat is technically a 3-bedroom apartment, but my friends decided to use the biggest room as an office/wardrobe. All you see in the picture stay in the flat, so you just need to bring your suitcase and sheet for the bed. The kitchen has everything needed (kettle; toaster; pan; blender; a dishwasher …) The washer and dryer are in the bathroom. The flat does not have a TV, but there is good Wi-Fi.

What I am looking for:

I do not care about gender. I am looking for a well-groomed student (this is one of the most important criteria). Because I learned English and want to keep practicing it, I am also looking for an English-speaking person (no matter which part of the word).
To end, someone cheerful is welcome, I have a lot of energy, so having someone like that helps to have good harmony in the apartment.

I am Leo, 20, from France. My home University is HEC Montréal, a business school, but I am currently in Australia for my exchange. I speak French (obviously; have a good basis in Spanish, and I am currently learning English). I am a very organized person and super clean (I clean everything after my dinner, the living room has always to be tidy, the bathroom as well, etc…). I am currently leaving in a 6-bedroom apartment, and everything is going well! I am also working as a nanny in the English-speaking part of Montreal, so I am not often home during the day. My typical day is waking up around 6 am, the gym at 7 am; then I go straight to my lecture at 8.30. I am usually studying at the library and then I go straight to work and got back home around 8 pm. During my free time I love going out, I try to go to a new restaurant at least twice a month; go to a club; have my friends over for dinner, etc…
