Pinewood Drive Southeast

My wife and I are renting a room in our house available immediately. We have a very friendly cat and will have one other roommate. Our house is about a 10 minute bus ride to downtown, close to the ring road and deerfoot trail if you drive, and right off of international Avenue. My name is cody and I was born in raised in Calgary. My wife, Åsa moved from Sweden a couple years ago. We both work a lot but like to go biking, hiking and listening to records in our free time. We are quiet and clean and expect the same in return. The room is furnished and includes all utilities and wifi. We ask for $250 as a damage deposit, which is refundable upon moving out with no damages.
