I have a room in a shared condo for rent. It’s directly across the street from the train. It has a panoramic view of downtown Calgary. The building is new with high end finishings built in 2019. There is underground parking available or street parking. It’s 975 plus electricity and internet. I work away so I’m looking to cut my living costs here in half. Being clean is a top priority for me. How ever I’m an easy going guy. As long as the bills are paid on time and it’s kept clean I’m good.

I’m 30 years old guy, I work as a welder and spend most of my time away working. I don’t smoke or do drugs. I’m past the party stage in life. I’m a social guy who enjoys good food and getting out and trying new things. I’m looking for someone who is clean, and past the partying stage in life. Very goal oriented and working on furthering my career. I spend my time when I’m not working volunteering lots with youth.
