Looking for a female roommate! In a 2 bed two bath condo

I am looking for a quiet professional female roommate for Nov 1 2022. 1,200 per month NOT including utilities. You get your own private bedroom,bathroom and parking stall(I do like baths so I may have the odd bath, as mine doesn’t have one)

Brand new condo development in North Nanaimo on Long Lake just minutes away from North Town center, grocery stores, fit4less, dining,and coffee shops. Also beach access.

This beautiful urban living condo is energy efficient. The condo community has a lounge, gym as well as garbage and recycling centers.

This second floor unit is North facing with mountain views.Has 9’ ceilings with quartz countertops, in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances

No pets No parties.

I will be asking for 3 references and damage deposit (half of the first month’s rent,600$)

It is only me living in the condo, looking for a roommate.

I am a very active and busy person. I run Hockey programs and soccer programs and work a full time job. In my free time I like to be active or go spend time with my family.

Hoping my roommate can be active as well.
