Hi all. Looking to rent out Den room in a 2-bedroom apartment in Scarborough from 1st March. Preferably to working professional. Person needs to be clean and hygienic and keep the place in same way. All amenities including Kitchen, Washroom, TV to be shared with me. Accessibility options: · Don Mills Subway Station – 45 minutes by TTC bus · Warden Subway Station – 45 minutes by TTC bus · Scarborough Go Station – 30 minutes by TTC bus · Agincourt Go Station – 20 minutes by TTC bus · Rouge Hill Go Station – 30 minutes by TTC bus Near to 401 Highway. Food Basics, Dollarama and Shoppers Drug mart at 5 minutes walk. About Den Room: Big room which acts as a 2nd bedroom and fits a queen size bed. Can also fit a small study table and chair. Has a closet but doesn’t have windows. Apartment is fully furnished with Futon, TV, Utensils etc. There is ample space in living room to set up work desk. However Den room is unfurnished.
