Single home in nice neighborhood by assiniboine park with parking, garage and full basement. I have 2 rooms that I want to rent to someone. I separated last year and was helping a friend recently who was now good to go and I feel like carrying on and renting the 2 rooms I left for him upstairs. High speed internet, heat, AC, and everything included for $800/months that would ideally be paid as $400 every 15th and last day of the month. It’s a military house on corydon as I am military myself and renting out from the CAF. I’m willing to discuss the cost and everything but right now it cost me about 1700 with everything so 800 is already not quite half and half so I wouldn’t go much lower than that. I have a fully furnished house besides the 2 rooms upstairs and I have my puppy girl kiki.

A decent human being who gets it and don’t really need to check the description here to know that they are a good roommate. I’m easy going and won’t be asking anything from you or what you do as long as you clean after yourself and pay your fair share of the deal when it’s due
