Separate bedroom available in a 2-bedroom apartment for a female. P.S: Strictly looking for a FEMALE ROOMMMATE (Preferably a working woman) who can keep the apartment clean and tidy. The room will be emptied and cleaned once the renter agrees to move in. The kitchen space and drawers will be shared equally among us. I am a no hassle person and like my own space but enjoy socializing too. NO MEN allowed in the unit under any circumstances. Rent is $710 including all utilities & WIFI. The apartment is in an excellent prime location with secured entrance. I have TV, furniture, and all kitchen utensils that I can share so all you need to do is move-in & enjoy the beautiful apartment. I also have an Ikea Queen Morgedal mattress, if you need it, I can provide it for additional $60. Excellent comfort & easy on your back. About the unit, building & location:

• Seasonal Pool is available from June to September (subject to change by management). Perks: The unit has a big balcony, facing the pool & perfect spot to witness beautiful sunsets. The building has a big, beautiful park with a play area & a tennis court attached to it. Perfect for people that love to maintain an active lifestyle.
• Secured entry - buzz code required to enter the building.
• Laundry in the building ($2.25 per load) on the same floor. Card will be issued by the building management for $10. -Dishwasher in the unit
• Parking available on-site. Additional $40 can be paid to the management if you need a parking spot. Charging point to the car is available to make your life much easier in winter.

Looking for a clean, responsible working woman who can pay their rent on time. I like my own space but don’t mind socializing. Someone that can communicate clearly if they have any concerns and should be pet friendly because I have a cat.
