This is a modern 3-bedroom townhouse on the corner of 17th Ave and 14th street in downtown, The ultimate entertainment street. 2 minutes walking distance from restaurants, convenient stores, pharmacy’s, banks, gym’s and many other facilities within walking distance. It has a high transit score and easy access to several bus stops to all parts of the city SW,NW, NE etc.

The kitchen is shared as well as the laundry.

Since there is no separate entrance to the top floor master- bedroom…friends/Family/guests/visitors are welcome anytime from 11am to 9pm.
