I’m a man leaving in Mississauga, nearby the intersection of Queensway Avenue West and Hurontario Street, and I’m searching for a roommate. The perfect candidate should be at least 30 years old, full-time employee, non-smoker, quiet, clean and responsible. Men and women are welcome. I accept small discreet pet.

The bedroom will be available on the 1st of September. As for the rent, I ask for only 550$. No deposit is required and I ask only for a two months notice when the roommate will decide to leave. The apartment, on the 16th floor, is well furbished. The roommate will have to provide for the furniture in his/her room (there is no bed). There is a laundry room, a pool and a gym in the building. The place is quiet, clean (no pest) and good-looking. There is an hospital and a walk-in clinic almost at the door and some grocery stores, restaurants and other shops in the neighborhood. There is a frequent bus service on the street.

For the visitors, the rule would be that none are accepted but there will be many exceptions as long as they are agreed upon. I almost never receive people and I don’t want to see strangers in my house on a regular basis but I’m flexible and as long as it’s reasonable then I’m okay with it.
