It takes about 10 minutes to walk Downtown which is great as EVERYTHING is accessible! (Grocery stores, nightlife, shopping) It also has easy access to the in-land highway which takes you anywhere on the Island.

I work in the field’s of Recreation and Fitness which keeps me busy. Must be a Cat Lover as I have two (Lucy and Paul :)) and a working professional 35 - 55 years old preferred. 6 month lease to start. Damage is $500 and rent is $950/month.
