Beautiful, bright room in an open-minded and caring house environment. Close to Royal Jubilee Hospital, Camosun, and downtown. Good access to Hillside mall and other grocery stores. Character house with shared kitchen and bathroom. It is a fully-furnished private room with everything included outside of hydro.

We are looking for someone who is kind and respectful to live in and care for this mutual space! **This is a one-month sublet, with the potential for longer-term if it is the right fit.

Kusuma is the lovely and caring person who you will share this space with! She is considerate, clean, and respectful of personal space and boundaries. The space has loads of plants and fun boardgames and everything necessary provided in the kitchen and bathroom.

She is looking to fill my empty room for the month via sublet, but is open to having someone rent more long term as of December if it is the right fit.

Kusuma does have a variety of food restrictions, so there are a few foods that are not able to be had in the house. If you are interested in the space we can chat further!
