Shanice's room

This is a 3 bed 2 bath townhome. My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd person to occupy a room on the 3rd floor by Dec 1 until July 1, possibly longer if we decide to renew the lease. You’d be sharing the bathroom on the 3rd floor with a very clean guy. Trust, effective communication and cleanliness are very important to my roommate and I. We’d like to live with someone who takes pride in having and keeping a clean home. The townhome is apart of a building so you’d have full access to the amenities like the gym, game room, party room, bbq area, library etc. (No swimming pool). Must be okay with the presence of dogs sometimes. You’d need to provide valid ID and proof of income and go through a background check.

First roommate is 25, works FT at the airport, extroverted but respects personal space. You can find him either in his room chilling or out with his friends when he’s not working. Very humble, trustworthy and friendly guy. Has 2 friends over for dinner once every other week or every other 2 weeks.

Second roommate is 22, works PT at a dog day care and FT for her business involving dogs. She’s very introverted, usually at home chilling when not at work, loves trying to cook different things, super friendly, trustworthy, funny, responsible & very easy to get along with. Neither of us ever have a bunch of friends over. We’re not against it if it’s once in a while and for a special occasion like your birthday and we’d have to be invited ofc lol but ideally we’d like to keep large gatherings and get togethers to a minimum. So if you love to host party’s this place isn’t for you. Ideally we’d like to eventually become friends with our new roommate, go out & have dinners at home together but it’s definitely not required. We absolutely must live with someone who sees the value and need to keep a clean home. Must be trustworthy and communicate effectively. No smoking inside allowed. Must be okay with the presence of dogs sometimes.
