About the room
Condo right across from Sherway Gardens mall. South west facing so lots of sunlight. TTC bus stops right in front. Spacious, floor to ceiling windows, balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with big stove, dishwasher, toaster oven and microwave. Laundry washer and dryer available in unit. The living room is furnished with a couch, coffee table and chairs. The balcony also has furniture. However, the bedroom is NOT furnished. Condo building also has a pool, billiards, gym and aerobics room.
Internet and hydro roughly 50$ extra a month. Parking is not included but can be found for roughly 100 to 200$ extra a month.
About the roomies
Hi, I am a full time employed female working a typical 8 to 4. I am 25 years old. I have a lovely cat and I’m clean and quiet. I’m pretty chill and for fun I like to travel, go out with friends, watch reality tv, gym etc. Looking forward to finding a new roomie :)
