Dan's room

This room does not share a wall with the other bedroom so you will have more privacy. There is a non-shared bathroom for you to use as well. The windows are big and you can get a lot of natural light and even step out directly to the balcony from this room.

Well maintained property. Very close to everything (Walmart, Asian Markets, Restaurants, 3min Walk to Lougheed SkyTrain, etc.). Safe area. Looking for shorter term (5-6Mo) and then re-evaluate for longer terms if the fit is still right.
