I have a two bedroom condo in Kelowna BC. It is top floor and very beautiful. The entire place is fully furnished and equipped for lovely living.

The condo is right around the corner from the beach and there is a workout centre called the H20 and the public library literally right across the street.

We are LGBTQ+ friendly.

We (me and my dog) are looking for a room mate who is also a vegetarian, tidy and must love dogs. We prefer someone who is quiet and does not smoke, no drugs and no parties. A responsible individual. Students and working professionals are preferred.

The entire place is furnished. I can also provide pillows and blankets. You have a parking spot for yourself and access to the laundry machine once a week as well.

Your bed is a murphy bed so if you are a student and want to bring a desk into your room you totally can. I will empty the shelves and closet once the perfect roommate is selected.

The room has a lovely view.

Your bathroom is a tub and shower. Very rarely I will use that bathroom but it will be 95% yours. Also emptied out for you. I can buy a shower curtain for you.

You will have access to the TV and if you would like to buy your own TV and set something up in your room, I can arrange for that by calling TELUS.

I will need to interview possible candidates on zoom or facetime video call prior to having you visit my home to show you the place.

I am a 35 year old female who works from home. I am a vegetarian. I also have a 1 1/2 year old puppy who is VERY well behaved.
