I have a room for rent in a three-storey building in Grant Park! The unit is $675 per person, all bills included. Mostly everything you need is right across the street within walking distance. This apartment is great for someone who does not drive, or simply prefers to walk! I would not recommend it for someone who requires a very quiet space due to traffic levels, however. There is unfortunately no elevator and requires multiple sets of stairs to access, which is difficult for people with mobility issues.
