Gladu Street

I’m a second year law student looking for a roommate to join in on a lease for a two bedroom that I signed for September 1.

The apartment includes the following: 2 bedrooms (both are fairly the same dimension, big enough to fit both a bed and dresser or desk), 1 bathroom (jacuzzi style bathtub with a separate shower), in-suite laundry, AC, kitchen utilities (including dishwasher) and storage. The landlord takes care of the heat, water and hot water and tenants are responsible for electricity only (should be very cheap according to current tenant).

The apartment is centrally located on quiet street off of Vanier parkway which is the outermost part of downtown, an area super accessible by bike and transit. There is a loblaws right around the corner. Rent is $ 800/month + internet.

Looking for a professional students doing either MA/JD/MD/MBA.
