Coco's room

4 beds 4 baths house. 2 storey room with bonus room on a quiet street in Springbank Hill. I am planning to rent out a room in my home (2 unfurnished bedrooms are available, with shared bathroom with access to shared living spaces & fully functional kitchen, $900 per room, including utilities.)

My name is Coco. I live with my son (9 years old) and my sister’s family (my sister, her husband and 9 years old son) is living in my basement. Happy family. 😃They will have their new house in 1 March 2023. My husband is in Hong Kong. Two bedrooms are available to share. ($900 monthly including wifi and utilities). Teaming up with 2 people for a house. I hope my roommates can also get along like friends….exchange language and culture, etc. My son is currently learning french in school, If my roommate can speak French that is a bonus point.
