We are signed to move into an amazing Townhouse at in West End Toronto. Close to Royal York Station. Beautiful area. These townhouses are brand new, clean and fresh! We have already signed the lease and secured the place we are paying first and last +deposit by Dec 1st. First and last is 6100 and key deposit is 250 and damage deposit is 500. Kyle and I paid 6850 for December 1st. The one master bedroom is a bit bigger with bathroom attached. All bedrooms are nice and brand new. Since I am the female my roommates let me have the bigger room but I am paying $100 extra for it. Internet is included, we have a router we just need to hook it up and we will find a super cheap plan to spilt. On site laundry included. There is three bedrooms a brand new kitchen living room private backyard and cute front area with garden. Everything is brand new, there is two bathrooms. The landlord is really nice. We are looking for someone awesome who we can trust for January 1st. If you move in January 1st your rent would be $1000 and you would just need to pay your own first and last. We would sub lease it too you. It’s a nice place looking to have it for at least a year. We are flexible though :) thanks in advance looking forward too hearing from you :) Utilities heat and hydro will be roughly 50 each a month.

I am Hailee Clark I am a hardworking professional and mature person. I am 27, I work at Union station on the Events team. I am events coordinator. I supervise and coordinate lots of events in the heart of the city! I am a very caring, fun and responsible individual. I often bring home free samples;) perks of living with me :)

Kyle Walker is my best friend. He is hardworking professional, mature person. He is 23, He works as a landscaper and as a restaurant worker. He is hardworking, fun, very caring and responsible. He often brings home Burgers Priest. Perks of living with him;)

We are also pet friendly and have two kittens. They are very friendly and will stay mostly in Kyles room.
