• All other necessary items in the house I am happy to share (kitchen dishes, cleaning supplies, etc.)

• I do have a small, hypoallergenic dog that does not shed & is extremely friendly🐶

• Access to the fully fenced backyard is available

• Street parking right out front - or driveway parking is available for an extra $25/month

• A small amount of garage storage space is available for extra $$ tbd
