I am a travel nurse and aesthetician so i travel a lot for work to places around ontario, british columbia and montreal. I will not be in the apartment most of the time but expect the place to be cared for as though it is yours. I am looking for people who are clean, responsible, respectful and kind. The place has 2 balconies and 2 floors so there is enough space for both of us to have our own space when we need it and to get lots of fresh air. The master bedroom leads directly into the bathroom and so both of us can enter the bathroom from our own door. It also includes a walk in closet which you will have acess to. I truly think you will enjoy the place. As mentioned, the lease ends in April so unless you take it over, you will have to relocate in April as well. Absolutely no parties, no set of large friend groups… Just responsible, working people.
