Hi guys. This room is available starting Feb 1st.

This room is a 5 minute walk to 3 different bus routes that can take you to Christie, Spadina or St George Station (U of T campus). It features a big window, large closet and shared bathroom with one other person. You will also have access to a shared spaces. Kitchen and living/dining area with a dining table, sectional with 60 inch TV with chrome cast. The ideal roommates is quiet, clean and is either in school or working fulltime. 30 plus individuals are welcome.

About me:). My home life is peaceful and I consider it a place of respite. I have a haphazard schedule so I would appreciate someone quiet.

I enjoy going dancing from time, watching tv (will rent classic DVDs from a nearby library. It’s like going to blockbuster iykyk!) reading or listening to audiobooks rather lol, hanging out with friends and have recently gotten back to working out. I have a huge interest and film and television and take acting classes. I am also curious about psychology, personal development and mindfulness.

My ideal roommate is someone who is respectful, responsible, respects privacy and is independent; but can also hang out and chat if we get along.
