I have been living here for two and a half years and really like the unit. I am on the spacious uppermost floor of a new-build triplex. It’s in a quiet part of the Overbrook neighbourhood just east of the Rideau River. Nice neighbours, amazing dogspotting opportunities. Good landlord who is responsive to any issues.

The unit has big windows and tons of natural light, and comes furnished (although there’s room for a little more if you have some stuff as well). Big kitchen, well-stocked pantry, nice new appliances that you are welcome to share. There is a free in-unit washer-dryer.

The unit features 3 bedrooms (one for you, one for me, and an office / dining room) and 2 bathrooms (one for each of us).

Comes with a parking space in a shared driveway for the building, although there are also several good public and active transportation options nearby as well.

Individual rent is $1,075/month + utilities (internet, hydro, natural gas), which come together to about $75/month.

I am very friendly, generally easygoing, and am very busy with work these days - this is probably one of the best deals you will find in terms of accessing this much space to yourself for this price!

• In my downtime, I like to cook, bike, do yoga, play video games, volunteer, and socialize

• I am reportedly very easy to live with

• I have a boyfriend who comes around maybe 1-2 times a week, although we sleep early and try to spend most of our time together at his place

I like to keep a clean house - not to an unreasonable degree (I don’t really care what you do with your own room/bathroom), but if you are somebody who often leaves dishes in the sink, we may not be the best match.
