We are offering the left side of our apartment; a double bedroom (queen bed), private balcony, private bathroom (with bath tub) and walk in wardrobe.
We already have a girl in her late 20’s renting out the other room of the apartment on the right side - so you will be sharing with her.
Parking available underground and securely gated.
Available January. PETS ALLOWED. The total cost for this property is $2675 (exc. bills)
The current tenant is paying $925 for her room, myself and my partner paid the remainder of $1750 ($875 split between 2 people if you are a couple)
