Grant's room

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to rent out the second bedroom in my basement rental. The house is only several minutes walk away from Okanagan College so it would be a great place for a student. Location is very convenient and only a short walk for shopping, etc. Lake is close by as well.

Room is unfurnished but you would be more than welcome to use my cooking equipment/dishes, as well as share the living room.

The house is split into two, upstairs and downstairs with separate entrances. 2 people live upstairs, while I’m currently the only one living downstairs.

A bit about myself, I am 25 and work for an Engineering Firm. In my free time I love listening to music, mountain biking, car racing, and recently have started to get into cooking.
