About the property it’s in a great location there is grocery stores down the street, bus stops , fast food places, the neighbourhood is good. The Durham college is not far from the location either. There is parking if you drive it’s just street parking.

The room for rent is the Master bedroom. It has a decent size closet , very clean. This home is a basement unit but it’s well kept. We are looking for a roommate who is: Responsible, clean, takes hygiene seriously, cleans up after them selfs and their guest, pays rent on time, easy to get along with. MUST be LGBT friendly. As this home is a NO Judgement zone you can be yourself. Looking for a female roommate preferably but open to renting the bedroom to a male again as long as they are clean ! And take hygiene seriously , we have had some bad luck renting it males who don’t take care of them selfs or clean up after them selfs just lazy is better terms. Internet is included with rent. No pets please as we have a dog and a cat

We share the bathroom and the kitchen.
