Hi, We are looking for someone to fill a private room located 15 minutes bus ride away from the uottawa university. We are 3 student. There is a direct bus from the house that stops right in front of Tabaret hall(uottawa) . We are looking for someone who is clean, polite and preferably a student as well. Utilities are not included in the price but it goes around 75$ per month. ‼️driveway with a place for 2 cars for free‼️ Washer and dryer in the house. A big newly renovated kitchen and a lot of space for organizing! It is right next to various food places and services. A video can be provided! The room comes with a bed and the mattress. It does have a very big dresser as well. We also have a very big and nice backyard and are starting a little garden 🪴
