Private room in an unfinished basement - we currently have curtains surrounding a bedroom-area. This is where our live-in nanny slept and worked well. We own our half of a duplex on a quiet street near a bus stop.

Here’s the catch… We are in need of live-in childcare. We work a rotating schedule so some weekends would be needed. Our hope is to trade rent/utilities for childcare, and pay you for any hours beyond what you would pay in rent. This might be suited to a student who is taking online classes, or someone who has flexible work-from-home hours (you would be more than welcome to do school/work during quiet play times or naps!)
