Two bedroom two bath 800 sqft corner unit on the 21st floor with a lot of natural light. Your room would face north and has a floor to ceiling window. You would have your own bathroom although it is not an ensuite. Newly renovated kitchen and living room are shared. Kitchen includes an air fryer, Keurig coffee machine, Kitchen Aid mixer, toaster, kettle, waffle/hot sandwich maker, etc. I would make space for your stuff within the kitchen cupboards although you are free to use my stuff as long as you are respectful and clean. Unit includes a washer + dryer. Building amenities include a large pool + hot tub + steam room, gym, yoga room, squash court, bike racks, party room, & 24/7 security. Unit has basic cable and Bell Fibe internet. Google Cast is plugged into the living room TV so you can easily cast. Access to grocery (Metro), Starbucks, & Shoppers via building elevator/underground garage which is a life saver in the winter. Plaza beneath building has an LCBO, Panago Pizza, TD Bank, Scotia Bank, dentist, Sunset Grill, and dry cleaner. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the Martin Goodman bike trail + Humber Bay Shores. No parking as I have a car although there are people in the building renting spots so its a possibility. The building is very close to TTC bus and street car stops which take you downtown and ~20 minute walk to the Mimico GO train station. Approx. 20 minute drive to downtown core. There are also many bike share locations around building and at Mimico Go. Building is fairly quiet and the majority of residents are singles/couples in their late 20’s & early 30’s who work downtown. I don’t mind if you have visitors but no large parties or people who overstay their welcome please. Building/area is very dog friendly. The furniture & clothing you see in the room picture will be removed and the full space will be yours to do with as you please. About the roomies

I am an Eastern European female, early thirties, single, work in the financial district for one of the big banks. I work from home twice a week. I’m an introverted extrovert. Happy to socialize and make a new friend but will also respect your time and space as I am very independent and also need time to recharge. I am very clean/organized, non-smoker, social drinker. I don’t mind if you smoke although the building is entirely smoke free and you will need to go outside (balcony smoking is also not allowed). I have a friendly small 8 year old dog (shitzu yorkie mix) who is 100% house trained. You can bring a dog, we’ll just need to make sure they get along. No cats please due to allergies.
